Classes will run from 8am-5pm on Saturday and 8am-4pm on Sunday. Please refer to Class Schedule for Class Topics.
$10.00 additional per class registration fee for on-site registrations. This includes lectures.

PUBLIC SHOWING OF CAKES 12-7 ON SATURDAY, 10-5 SUNDAY Free of charge!
Slices of the live competition cakes will be availalbe from 6-7 on Saturday and Sunday from 1-4pm for only $1.00/slice

Live challenge winner announced Saturday 5:30-6:00 pm
Live Buttercream Challenge, Sunday 10-12
Winner announced at the Awards Ceremony at 4pm on Sunday
Awards Ceremony including Sunday Live Challenge Awards will be held at 4 pm on Sunday.
